Ron Miller is the President and CEO of Elevate Talent Solutions Consulting and Coaching, with over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. Throughout his career, Ron has led multi-state regional Sales and Delivery teams and managed national talent acquisition efforts for large organizations over the past two decades. His journey in the industry began as a front desk recruiting coordinator, and he has since held virtually every role within an organization. This breadth of experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of how operations, sales, training, tech rollouts, talent advancement, and organizational change impact all levels of a business.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys traveling, golfing, attending Rutgers football home games (despite being a Penn State fan, with his daughter currently a Senior at Rutgers), and following the excitement of Formula 1 racing.
